TERMS CONDITIONS OF SALE - HOTEL LE GUILAZUR

Article 1 - Identification of the establishment

Article 2 - Purpose

The present General Terms Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel Le Guilazur its customers, within the framework of the reservation of stays.

Article 3 - Booking

All reservations become effective once a valid credit card number has been provided as a guarantee.
Payment for the stay must be made on site, on the day of arrival during the stay.

The following methods of payment are accepted: cash, credit card, ANCV cheques.
For ANCV payments, a 3% commission will be charged to the customer.

Article 4 - Cancellation conditions

4.1 General terms conditions

All cancellations must be justified (medical certificate, employer's certificate proof of transport) in order to benefit from the conditions below:

  • Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival date

    • 1 month for stays including December 31
    • 1 month for stays from July 14 to August 15
    • 1 month for groups

4.2 Cancellation charges

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 30% of the cost of the stay will be charged (50% for groups)
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged
  • Same-day cancellation no-show: 100% of the stay will be billed.

Article 5 - Arrival departure

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
They must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

All arrivals after 8pm must be notified to the establishment.

Article 6 - Pets

Pets are accepted on the premises for a supplement of €10 per night per pet.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse an animal in the event of nuisance non-compliance with hygiene regulations.

Article 7 - Use of the premises

The customer undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the establishment to use it in accordance with its intended purpose.
Any nuisance non-compliant behavior may result in exclusion without refund.

Article 8 - Capacity

Reservations are made for a specific number of people.
Any excess may be refused by the establishment without refund.

Article 9 - Liability insurance

The customer is responsible for any damage caused in the establishment.
They must be covered by civil liability insurance.

Article 10 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax payable by the customer, not included in the room rate, paid to the relevant authorities.

Article 11 - Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing this, the competent courts in the area of the establishment will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Acceptance of conditions

All reservations imply full acceptance of the present General Terms Conditions of Sale.
